FCB Mobile App Upgrade

Your trusted mobile banking—now smarter, faster, and even better.

Experience the upgrade built around you. With faster performance, a refreshed design, and smarter tools, your mobile banking is now more intuitive than ever. Everything you rely on—now optimized for clarity, convenience, and confidence.

 

With this update, there will be system enhancements including:

  • Improved biometrics – Enhanced recognition features.
  • Improved functionality – Do more from your mobile app.
  • Mobile First – Enroll using just the mobile app.
  • Password changes – Make changes in the mobile app, no more going through online banking to update your password.
  • Bill Payment – You can now add a payee and pay bills within the mobile app.
  • Transfers – Manage accounts including external accounts in the mobile app. Scheduling transfer frequency options include:
    • Today Only (if immediate transfer is needed)
    • One Time
    • Weekly
    • Every Other Week
    • Twice a month – the 15th and last day of the month
    • Monthly
    • Monthly - 1st day of the month
    • Every Other Month
    • Every three months
    • Every three months – last day of the month
    • Every six months
    • Every six months – last day of the month
    • Yearly
  • Loan Payments – Pay loans through your mobile app.
  • Zelle – Send and receive funds and check activity in your mobile app.
  • Account Maintenance – Hide/Show accounts, nickname accounts, etc.

Once this upgrade is active, you will receive an update to your app within 48 hours if you have not already manually updated your app. Here are things to keep in mind:

  • You will need to re-login to your mobile banking app.
  • Biometrics will not work until you have re-logged into your app.
  • Card Suite will be enabled and will allow you to manage your debit card functionality once you have logged into the app following the update.
  1. Note: Card Suite will require you to re-enroll your debit card into the application.
  2. If you have not reenrolled your debit card, you will receive a notification to do so.
