This position is responsible for preparing loan packages based on receipt of loan worksheets and commitment letters from commercial bankers. Preparation includes accurately completing loan documentation, ordering and reviewing title work, verifying insurance coverage, ordering and/or completing additional external documents (e.g., flood, Census Tract, Secretary of State, etc).
Duties and Responsibilities Include:
This position is responsible for providing quality transactions and efficiency to customers who prefer personal interaction with the bank. Also responsible for proactively recognizing additional financial needs of customers and referring them to other bank staff as applicable.
This position is responsible for daily functions within the Loan Sales Support department, which include preparation and maintenance of various reports, keying and maintenance functions within the loan support center of the bank.

Demonstrate working knowledge of bank loan products and services.
High school graduate or equivalent and 2-3 years of experience in loan sales support or any combination of education and experience.
Effective oral and written communication skills.
Ability to maintain professional focus.
Ability to compute basic to moderately complex math calculations.
Proven problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills. Ability to interpret a variety of information furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Exhibit attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in using personal computers and office products (e.g., Word, Excel).

This position is responsible for assisting in the monitoring of electronic banking functions, including but not limited to, Internet Banking, Bill Pay, Positive Pay, Remote Deposit Capture, ACH originations, WireXchange and Mobile Banking for consumer and business customers. Other responsibilities include working closely with the Business Services Department reviewing eCorp customer setup. Prepare audit documentation. Maintains monitoring registers of Cash Management customers which include ACH, Remote Deposit Capture and wire origination. This position will backup ACH/Wires and online banking call support.
This position is responsible for training teller and customer service staff in the use of bank equipment, policies, procedures, customer service activities, cross-selling, and effective and accurate processing of customer account transactions. Uses audio-visual programs, procedures and security manuals, and other training devices that may be developed in-house or from approved training sources.
This position conducts audits for management to assess effectiveness of controls and compliance with laws and regulations, accuracy of financial records, and efficiency of operations. Ensure audit recommendations are properly supported and documented and that the adequacy, effectiveness, and efficiency of internal controls are properly evaluated.
