Items you'll need to apply for an FCB mortgage loan:

A copy of your signed sales contract

Copies of pay stubs for the most recent 30 days, and your W2 forms for the last two years

Copies of your bank statements for the previous two months

A complete list of your creditors, with their account numbers, your monthly payments and your current balances

A description of any stocks, bonds and any special assets (if the assests will be used in this transaction, the quarterly statements or the statements from the current two months)

Your residential address for the past two years, along with landlord information, if applicable

Fees for the required credit report and appraisal

If you're refinancing, your current mortgage account number, and the address of the current mortgage holder

If you're self-employed or paid on commission, complete copies of your tax returns from the last two years

If you're retired, a copy of your retirement awards letter for pension or social security

If you're obligated to pay child support or alimony, or if you wish to use income from these sources, a copy of the divorce decree or court order requiring payment.
